Global Business Club is a non-profitable organization, created by high school student from Uzbekistan Anvarjon Kurbonov, in the partnership with Khan Academy and Harvard University. Unlike most Business clubs you have heard of and wanted to join to, that accept only students from the USA, Global Business Club does not eliminate talents from all over the world like that. No matter where you are from, at GBC you will have a chance to be rewarded for your business knowledge and become a part of a prestigious organization. Show your proficiency in business by answering to 30 business quiz questions in a time period of 30 minutes.
You will be challenged in the Harvard-created business case study challenge. Critical thinking is super important in business, show us your actions, what would you do if you faced a given problem in business, and how would you manage to even make profit from it. 120 minutes, 4 situations.
It is a hackathon for business. In 24 hours, your team has to come up with and create a start-up that will be solving one or several business or economic problems in your country.
The final table will be announced the same day.
• Winner team gets: $1000 scholarship, winner certificate, club membership, and an investor for their start-up.
• 2nd and 3rd teams get: finalist’s certificate and a club membership.
• Runner-up teams get: finalist’s certificate.
